Sinopsis
Serial drama Korea Why Secretary Kim menceritakan perihal keluarga Lee Young Joon (Park Seo Joon) yang menjalankan sebuah perusahaan besar. Dalam hal ini, Lee Young Joon bekerja sebagai wakil presiden perusahaan. Lee Young Joon pintar, kaya dan tampan, akan tetapi bersifat sombong. Pekerjaan yang beliau jalani dibantu oleh sekretarisnya yang berjulukan Kim Mi So.
Kim Mi So termasuk karyawan yang setia. Kim Mi So telah bekerja untuk Lee Young Joon selama bertahun-tahun. Lee Young Joon pun merasa sangat cocok dengan kinerja Kim Mi So. Hanya saja, suatu saat Kim Mi So memutuskan untuk berhenti dari pekerjaannya. Hal inilah yang menciptakan Lee Young Joon bingung dan mencari sekretaris penggantinya.
