Sinopsis Love in Sadness
Love in Sadness bercerita ihwal spesialis bedah plastik berjulukan Seo Jung-Won (Ji Hyun Woo). Dia yakni orang yang tampan, pintar, dan berkepribadian baik.
Suatu saat Seo Jung-Won jatuh cinta pada Yoon Ma Ri (Park Han Byul), seorang aktris dan menantu dari keluarga konglomerat. Dia menikah dengan Kang In Wook (Ryu Soo Young), seorang suami yang terlihat sempurna. Namun di balik itu semua Yoon Ma Ri mendapat perlakukan tidak baik dari suaminya.
Yoon Ma Ri mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga oleh suaminya. Akhirnya, Yoon Ma Ri tetapkan untuk melarikan diri. Dan ia bertemu dengan Seo Jung-Won yang pada hasilnya saling jatuh cinta.
